What we keep, and why.

What we collect

When you apply for a role, you give us: your name, email, optionally phone, country, LinkedIn URL, portfolio URL, years of experience, a résumé (PDF or Word), an optional portfolio file, a cover letter, and answers to any role-specific questions on the form.

When you sign in to the candidate portal, our auth provider stores a magic-link session in your browser. We don’t track your activity across other sites or run third-party analytics on this application surface.

What we use it for

Only to evaluate your application, run interviews, extend offers, and contact you about your application or future roles you might fit. We do not sell this data, share it with advertising networks, or use it to train third-party models.

Who else touches it

Operationally, three vendors sit in the path:

• — Supabase hosts the database and file storage. Your application data and uploaded files live there.
• — Vercel hosts this website.
• — Cloudflare Turnstile runs the bot check on the application form.

None of these vendors use your data for anything besides operating their service for us.

How long we keep it

We retain applications as long as they’re useful for matching you against future roles — typically up to two years from your last activity on the account. If you’re hired, the application transitions to employee records under separate retention rules.

How to get it deleted

Email hello@fastkitchendesign.com from the address you applied with and ask for deletion. We’ll remove your application data and files within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also withdraw an active application from the candidate portal at any time.
