Every floor plan, elevation, and 3D render is built to be installed, not just photographed. Code clearances, accurate dimensions, priced cabinet lists. If the installer has to call us, the drawing failed.

Shipping overnight isn’t about cutting corners — it’s about knowing the tools, the catalog, and the standard rooms cold. Designers here get faster month over month because the system around them gets better, not because we rush.

How we work

Remote-first, Pakistan-based.
Team works across Islamabad and beyond. Time-zone tolerance is built in — no one keeps European or US hours. Hiring outside Pakistan is open in principle; write to us.
Outcomes, not hours.
No timesheets, no clock-in. We measure what shipped, how well, and how it held up under the back-and-forth of a real project. Stable monthly salary; we don’t price work by the room.
Tools we actually use.
2020 Design for cabinetry, LiveSpace3D for browser-based walkthroughs, rendering software for photo-real visuals, and our internal portal for projects, files, and revisions. We add tools when they earn it; we drop tools when they don’t.
Quarterly check-ins, annual review.
Lightweight 1:1s with written notes, no theater. Compensation reviewed once a year with a written rationale either way — raise, hold, or honest conversation.
